Patchwork Quilting Workshops
Janet holds many Patchwork and Quilting Workshops throughout the year, some half dayand some full day workshops. Janet also runs a number of patchwork and quilting courses usually on a once-a-month basis.
Workshop subjects range from an Introduction to Patchwork and Quilting, aimed at complete beginners to this addictive hobby, through to more advanced classes incorporating Quilt and Block Design as well as introducing students to a wide variety of techniques.

Stack and Shuffle Workshop |
A 1-day workshop showing you how to make a quilt from a Moda Layer Cake or other selection of 10" squares. Made by stacking groups of squares, cutting, shuffling and re-assembling to form an interesting visual effect. Sewing machines and rotary cutting tools are required. |
Jelly Roll Quilt Workshop |
A 1-day workshop showing you how to use a Jelly Roll or any other selection of 2½" wide strips to make a quilt. There are usually a choice of two quilt designs to make, The Basketweave Quilt or The Star-Crossed Quilt (see images left). Sewing machines and rotary cutting tools are required. |
Kaleidoscope Quilt Workshop |
A 1-day workshop showing you a technique for making Kaleidoscope Quilts. You will make several blocks which can be used on their own in a lap quilt or may be combined with other blocks to make a larger quilt. Sewing machines and rotary cutting tools are required. |
